We are an independent technology firm that exists to help enterprises build, secure and operate the systems they depend on most.

Who we are
RDU LLC — formally registered as ROAD MARKINGS UKRAINE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY — is a privately held technology consultancy. Our practice spans software engineering, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and digital transformation.
We were founded by senior engineers who had spent careers inside banks, telecoms, logistics operators and public institutions, and who wanted a different kind of firm: small, transparent, accountable, and uninterested in the consulting theatre that surrounds enterprise IT.

Engineering philosophy
Boring is a feature
We pick the proven path when it is the right one. Novelty has a cost; we measure it.
Reversibility
Every decision should be undoable. Feature flags, blue/green, immutable infra.
Observability before optimisation
If you cannot see it, you cannot improve it. Telemetry is foundational.
Documentation as code
ADRs, runbooks and diagrams live in the repository, reviewed like source.
§ 03 — Leadership approach
Senior practitioners stay on the work.
At RDU LLC, the engineers who scope an engagement are the engineers who deliver it. Leadership is not a layer above the work — it is embedded in the work. Our principal engineers spend their days writing code, reviewing architecture, pairing with client teams and being on call for the systems we run together.

- STEP 04Operational handoverRunbooks, dashboards and on-call rotations are part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.

Engagements measured in years.
The most meaningful work we do takes time. Our typical client relationship spans multiple programmes and several years. We invest in understanding the business, the people and the systems — and that compounds.
§ 06 — Security-first mindset
Security is not a department.
Threat modelling, identity-first design, secrets discipline and least privilege are present from day one of every engagement. Security work is the same work as engineering work; we do not separate them.
